One of my childhood favourites. “The Walrus and the Carpenter” was the first poem I ever memorised of my own free will.

I’d forgotten how much fun this book is to read. And a lot of the puns and wordplay that I picked up on this time would have passed right over my head last time I read this. I’m glad I read it again.
