I’m wishy-washy here because the worth of spinach is all relative to how it’s prepared.
If it’s BAKED, it’s pretty yummy. (We do a spinach casserole made with JIF cornbread, swiss cheese and onion that’s pretty easy to make and tasty. You can get it in the free cookbook from JIF.)
If it’s BOILED…yuck!
It’s also excellent fresh in salads, but this was for cooked, so…

Spinach Casserole
That spinach casserole sounds like something I would like and that is easy to make. I’ll be looking up the recipe. Jiffy mix?
