The moral of The Family Stone: Never bring your significant other to meet with your family – it will completely screw things up.

I found the situations ridiculous, unbelievable, and not especially funny, but I’m a fan of Claire Danes and Sarah Jessica Parker, and they were both fine, so it wasn’t a waste.
