I’m not really “done” with the book, but it is due back at the library. It will likely be a well-placed hint for a Christmas gift as it’s useful as a reference.

So, it’s a useful reference? I’ve flipped through it before in the bookstore and yarnstore, but the projects were a little too weird/funky to appeal to me. Maybe I should take another look.

I thought it was very useful, but my knitting experience is also a fraction of yours. The projects are merely suggestions of future techniques I can develop.
Though it’s unlikely I’ll be knitting the item on page 224 (:0)), the Alien Illusion Scarf looks is amusing. :)
