Diane Keaton has a couple of memorable lines in this and she played the Stone-family matriarch well, but S.J. Parker’s character is sooooooo unempathetic, I just couldn’t get into it. Lots of unanswered questions remain about the relationships between the siblings and their love interests. Not a total waste of time, but disappointing if compared to other recent introduction-to-my-disfunctional-family movies, such as the “Meet the Parents/Fockers” or “Guess Who.”
