Oh movie.
I don’t think I can write coherently about how I enjoyed this movie.
Firstly it has good old Russelll Brand in it, and I find myself close to him since I have been listening to his radio show for nearly 2 years. I heard all about the process of making this film and I am very familiarly with his vernacular and parlance. I almost wish he was completely new to me so I could have an unbiased opinion of his performance, but the idea of delving into his world brand spanking new just sounds exhausting.
On top of that there is a awesome cast of Judd’s favorites and than there is the women. Who are funny and have back story and, are not just sex objects or villains but emotional and hilarious and rad and hot.
And of course lastly Jason Segel’s junk.
Going into this movie I pretty much knew I would love it, and I was not disappointed however within that comes the feeling of missing something because there are no surprises.
I was just happy to see Russell doing so well and that it didn’t agitate me in anyway and I will definitely see it a few times.
