WORTH CONSUMING!
My mom had a phase when I was a girl of exploring the way to make the ideal fried okra. She tried flour, corn meal, a mix of corn starch and flour. It was a delicious and educational phase of my childhood.
Okra dipped in flour and fried is good, but okra rolled in corn meal and fried is unbeatable.
