I understood the film, but I’m one of those people who got nothing from it. I wasn’t excited. The only part of the film I really like was when WHM’s character walks to his car: there’s a wide bird’s eye view of him and the parking lot and it’s geometrically stunning. Otherwise, didn’t dig it.

I resisted watching this for the longest time; I did not believe a movie with this much snow in it could possibly be interesting.

I was wrong.

I have a huge crush on Frances McDormand.

That is all.

Good, but not nearly the masterpiece people make it out to be. The quirkiness is very, very annoying, but the acting is superb and makes up for a lot.

What happens when nice trumps stupid.
