I got one last week then tried a different brand over the weekend. It was more expensive but the ginger wasn’t present enough for me. So I went back to the other shop and bought 5 bars.

Knowing my love of ginger, my gf bought this for me as a treat yesterday afternoon.

I thought the chocolate had a rich, silky taste that glided over my palate. Regretfully, it overpowered the sharpness of the ginger.

Is this a combination that really “works”?
