WORTH CONSUMING!

Lemon poppy-seed muffins sounded strange at first but it was actually pretty good.

A review of "Marinara Sauce" — 29 weeks ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I recently discovered that I absolutely love Marinara Sauce. I could not get enough of it after I had a taste.

A story about "Everything You Need to Know: The Brain" — 40 weeks ago

The brain has no pain receptors (so you don’t need aesthesia for brain surgery). Neat, huh? Like the other things you learn from this segment.

I already knew some of the things they mentioned but it was interesting. For example, the studies about London cab drivers (Memorizing street maps might help regular people).

“Controlled fear” = Adrenaline ♥ (Ex; Fireworks Finale)

Some brain cells CAN regenerate during healing.

Bumblebee sounds like something you’d write when you’re high…

It is also a fairly mellow song. :]

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

We made this tonight but I’m not that big a fan of it.

However, the experience of knowing how to make it now is pretty cool. Afterward, we watched that strange French film, Amélie with English subtitles. I got a bit of the ending once but I never saw it entirely.

Do you think I’ll forever associate these with that movie now?

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

This was so disgusting I had to force myself to eat it.
I eventually gave up and threw the rest away.

How "Clams" changed my life — 1 year ago

I had this for the first time yesterday.

I thought they were good on their own. The slightly annoying part was squeezing some sand out of them. They were good and tasted like a sea creature would. I don’t know how to explain that. :) But, after I had them dipped in some concoction (with basil and whatnot) I had to eat them that way since it tasted so much better.

How "Complete MoisturePlus" changed my life — 1 year ago

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

Oh what’s that? This causes an increased risk of the rare but potentially blinding eye infection Acanthamoeba keratitis, caused by a parasite.

Thank you once again for not caring about humanity or the environment you typical large corporations.

In addition to discarding bottles of Complete, people who use the solution should also:

Throw out their lens storage container and current pair of soft lenses.

See an eye doctor if they have eye pain, redness, blurred vision, sensitivity to light, or extreme tearing.

A story about "Crash (Widescreen Edition)" — 1 year ago

I read some of these entries and most are love it or hate it opinion on the film. My boyfriend refuses to watch any Academy Award winning films and I don’t blame him.

This movie, like Babel (which I didn’t like), had many different situations that were interconnected (as is everything in life), but in a film it can get confusing.

The one scene where the cop makes a split second decision reminded me of something I read in the book Blink, our unconscious decisions in moments of rapid decisions…

I have a tendency to get into movies when I watch them and I just was in the moment and must have cried about half a dozen times.

There were some flaws…(and I don’t want to give anything away.) Usually we watch movies to escape reality not to be thrown into it but this movie depicted issues of racism. It was a dramatic, depressing, and poignant film.
