I didn’t guess the end! I always guess the end! I had to watch this movie two more times the same evening to make sure I got everything. Lots of symbolism, which I really love.

I like nearly anything that is Jane Austen-inspired. Plus, the music makes me want to get up and bellydance!

This one I’ve watched 3 times, making it to my short list of movies purposefully seen more than once.

Movie Perfection! Drama, romance, adventure, comedy, suspense—it’s all there! Not to mention quoteability!

I recommend the Special Edition with the documentary “You Must Remember This” hosted by Lauren Bacall. The “making of” this movie is a classic in itself.

One of the few movies that I have watched over and over again!

Really shows that you often fall in love with someone because of certain qualities/quirks that that person has, then those same qualities are what you use as an excuse to leave the relationship. Also gives hope that you can fall in love again by realizing this fact.

It’s a realistic view of the struggles and sacrifice of Latino immigrants who come to this country to make a better life for their families.
