NOT WORTH CONSUMING

i really struggled through this book, in fact, i didn’t even finish it. i got about 3/4 of the way through and couldn’t read it anymore.

i enjoyed reading about Kaede and Shizuka, but i’m sorry to say that reading about Takeo (the main character!) bored me to tears. he was so empty..all the story was was following him around the country with his warriors, talking to people and occasionally fighting – and even the fighting scenes weren’t exciting or written well.

i liked the first two books better.

WORTH CONSUMING!

I absolutely loved this movie! I completely cracked up laughing at the Bennie and the Jets scene :D Not to mention James Marsden was absolutely gorgous.

27 Dresses was everything a romantic comedy should be. It was funny, it was cute, it wasn’t overrun with sex scenes/sex jokes or swearing, and it was beautifully romantic, with great lead actors.

Definately gonna buy it when it comes out on dvd.

WORTH CONSUMING!

Haha, no matter how many times I watch this movie, it is still hilarious, and I never get tired of it.

I love Roy!

“My name is Chon Wang.”
“John Wayne? That’s a terrible cowboy name!”

Hahaha, classic!

WORTH CONSUMING!

After hearing a lot of negative reviews from critics, I went in sort of expecting to be disappointed. But I wasn’t.

I saw this for my birthday with four friends, and maybe their presence is what made it the most enjoyable, but something tells me it isn’t.

I didn’t find it boring at all, I didn’t find the humour weak, I actually laughed quite a few times, as did everyone else in the cinema.

I thought that Will Smith did a good job as “the last man on earth”, and his research into the virus I found interesting.

I also loved how they incorporated Bob Marley songs into the movie, and the Shrek sequence. haha.

It was an interesting, entertaining movie, though I was a little disappointed with how it ended. I’d see it again.

WORTH CONSUMING!

For the first half of this movie, I was actually quite bored, and even considered leaving. That’s never happened to me before while watching a movie in the cinemas. But then it started to get interesting, and I decided to stick it out.

I’ve never been a big fan of Kiera Knightly, it sounds like she speaks through closed lips, and it was no different with this movie. But it was bearable.

I liked the scene of the war beach – it gave you an insight as to how it was during the war back then. The ending was a real tear jerker, but I really liked the technique they used: that Briney changed the ending of her book, as oposed to what really happened, to make up for all of the pain and heartache she caused to Robbie and Cecilia.

I also really liked that the majority of the soundtrack was made up of clunking typewriter keys. Nice effect.

A story about "Guitar Hero II" — 28 weeks ago

I got this game for christmas and I love it! Unfortunately though, my guitar still hasn’t arrived, so I have to play on easy with the controller. I finished it on easy in less than 2 days and I did a bit of medium, but it’s impossible without the guitar. I can’t wait til I get it though, and can continue playing!

Why I want to consume "Hitman: Blood Money" — 28 weeks ago

My guy friends were playing this a lot of the time while we were down at schoolies. Usually I get bored watching them play games, but Hitman really had me interested! I bought the game for christmas, so I’m hoping I have as much fun playing it myself as I did watching it being played.

Why I gave up consuming "Freaks: Alive, on the Inside!" — 28 weeks ago

Not really my kinda book. My sister loved it, but I wasn’t really into it. Some other time maybe.
