I finally finished this book after almost two months. It was harder to digest whilst reading in the U.S. But once I picked it up again in India, it made more sense. Forster’s dialogue is a bit hard to follow, but his descriptions of India are spot-on, even 80 years later.

Read it in 5 days. Couldn’t put it down. And I’m not usually the type that’s wowed by bestsellers. I’ll go back and read Angels and Demons soon, for sure.
