A story about "The New Essential Guide to Characters (Star Wars)" — 3 years ago
Great reference for people who don’t have the time to read everything in the Star Wars “extended universe.”
I'm currently reading 130 books, listening to 2 albums, watching 25 movies, eating and drinking 0 food items, and consuming 0 other things.
mpessoa hasn't consumed anything recently.

Much better than I expected. There was a good balance of action and humor.
I’ve been listening to the audiobook version of this for weeks. Who’s the protagonist? Still not sure. I like some of the minor characters, such as Steven, a black head servant who is depicted well.
Better than “The Apporaching Storm,” but not as entertaining as “Yoda – Dark Rendezvous.”
I bought this book because I’m considering taking part in NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) this fall. The goal of NaNoWriMo is to produce a 50,000 word novel in 30 days. This book is supposed to help you do this, but the author really has very little in the way of tips to offer.
A huge disappointment. Obi-Wan and Anakin are depicted on the cover, but the book is really about a female jedi and her padawan. The pace is slow and little is added to the backstories of Obi-Wan and Anakin.
If you liked the Sci-Fi channel adaptation, stay away from the original. The book is far superior.
Creative ways to combine Poser, Photoshop, Bryce and Painter to create unique art.
Difficult to get through. The characterization of Anakin is off the mark. The Anakin in this book actually respects the chain of command and knows how to lead a company of men in a large-scale battle. Since when?
Written in 1895, this collection of short stories provided inspiration for the Sci-Fi/Horror writer H.P. Lovecraft. The stories concern the tragic consequences of those who have dealings with a magic book called (you guessed it) ‘The King In Yellow.’
