The title and information given on this is actually pretty misleading. It wasn’t written by Perry Sinnett. It was written by Jane Sinnett (Mrs PERCY Sinnett) who was a nineteenth century English historian and journalist.
As to why anyone nowadays would be reading it. I love old history books, especially world history books, so much that I’m writing my PhD on them. And its a brilliant work, immensly readable.
