Here is one of the rare examples where the movie was almost as good as the book! I read this book when I was young and it was one of the stories you never forget. I was so excited when the movie came out and I am glad not to have been disappointed!

This is one of my favorite books of all times! Truly inspirational to the child that feels unappreciated!

I love macaroni and cheese. So when I found vegan mac and cheese I was thrilled. And then so utterly disappointed. It does NOT taste ANYTHING like mac and cheese! It smells awful, tastes worse, and the after taste is rancid!

This is another thing I would never try when I was younger because the name “sounded disgusting.” I finally tried it about a month ago and it is really good! Smells odd, tastes GREAT

So, I always thought hummus sounded gross. Not what it was made of or how it was made (because I never bothered to find out). Just the word sounded so unappetizing. But I was so wrong! Warm pita bread and hummus is AWESOME!

mmmmm I have periodic cravings for these and have to immediately drive the 30 minutes to the Greek restaurant just for dolmathes!
