bukowski is my new love. what a man. real men are one of the best things you can find. of course, my definition of a “real man” would be different from most. bukowski kinda defines it.
for the book, funny and sharp nonstop. his crude, wonderful humour makes it fun to read in public settings. makes you feel a little taboo. or just badass.

the dragon is beast. i’d say read beowulf before you read this to get the full story, but reading Grendel alone would be good too. Beowulf wasn’t so great, just another epic poem.

This movie was well done, the best black and white movie i’ve seen. It had many different camera shots to keep it interesting, and took the story to another level. As for being an old movie it barely had any cheesy dialogue, which i seem to encounter in all old movies. I liked it. Orson welles was at his peak with this movie, by looks too. oh man i saw him in Touch of Evil, he got chubby from all that money.
