    WORTH CONSUMING!

Unwieldy, and more esoteric than your usual Mamet fare – but ultimately rewarding. Redbelt has weak spots plotwise, and the delivery could’ve been a little tighter. Mamet might benefit from a little regrouping: His writing and directing have gotten progressively sloppy through the years; but since I’m a fan of his work I only wish him well. This movie is recommended for longtime aficionados but not for first-timers. Go watch House of Games or The Spanish Prisoner instead.

    Hahahahahahahahaha. Excellent stuff. :D

Why I recommend "Doomsday" — 14 weeks ago

    WORTH CONSUMING!

Good stupid fun. Neil Marshall goes way over with this mishmash of just about every scifi-dystopian flick in the last oh, 20 years. Fit bird Rhona Mitra finally gets top billing. Oh, and have you seen the recipe for Doomsday?

Um.... Cowboys lovin each other. — 14 weeks ago

Full on slowburn Maximus + Batman bromance? Why not! If you go into this flick with a Brokeback Part II mindset you won’t be too far off track.

    Seriously Maximus, enough mumbling.
